Leading Meta’s design response to allowing users to use Messenger without Facebook.
I was the lead content designer on launching Messenger accounts into the European Union in response to the Digital Markets Act. I collaborated closely with growth and privacy leads to balance regulatory compliance with growth needs which ultimately resulted in allowing users to choose whether or or not they wanted to use Messenger with Facebook.

Launched Meta AI and revamped the Meta account creation process
I worked across multiple orgs to help launch Meta AI, a dedicated app for the Meta AI assistant. At the request of company leadership, I sprinted to shorten and refine legacy account creation processes, which have set the standard for registration flows across Meta’s apps.
Launched Meta Accounts, a single account for every Meta app
I was the primary UX content designer for the registration flow of Meta’s ambitious launch of the Meta Account- a single account for all of Meta’s apps. Through years of designing, user research, sprints and alignment with partners, we finally started our rollout of Meta Accounts.
